Support Kinsey's Unexpected Journey

For the past decade, Kinsey has been the most loyal, loving, and thoughtful best friend to me. If you know Kinsey, you’ll know she’s the most generous person, and will do anything to see other people smile. If you’ve been to a local fundraiser, chances are you’ve seen a Plants on Tap gift card that she’s donated because she truly has a heart of gold. She’s one of the most giving people I know, and she never asks for a thing in return. Now, I’m asking all of you to give back to her.

Yesterday morning, Kinsey called me from Hawaii, where she is currently on her honeymoon/babymoon. She’s about 26 weeks into pregnancy, and her water broke early and unexpectedly. She’s in very good hands in a hospital in Honolulu, and as of now both Kinsey and her baby are both ok. However, due to the risks involved, Kinsey will need to stay in the hospital until delivery, which will likely be several weeks or longer. Then, the baby will be in NICU for another several weeks on top of that after he’s born until he’s strong enough to go home. John will staying in Hawaii until their beautiful family is ready to come home.

The purpose of this fund is to help John and Kinsey cover the costs of this unexpected extended stay, including food, basic necessities, transportation, medical expenses, and traveling back to Ohio. I believe Kinsey and John both deserve all the support we are able to give them together as a community. Please contribute what you can, and share!
