Support Kirby’s Fight for Hope

We are in urgent need of your prayers and support for our dear cousin, son, father, uncle, and friend, Kirby Melgaard, who is facing a battle for his life.  Due to diabetes, which was never diagnosed and despite years of doctoring, his body is shutting down.  The pain and suffering that he is enduring, which his beautiful wife Charlene and 5 year old daughter Tori are helpless to witness, is unimaginable.  The situation for the Melgaard family is desperate.  Kirby is unable to work in his optical business, which is causing tremendous pressure for the family.  However, there is some hope on the horizon as Kirby has recently embarked on naturopathic treatments, which we pray will bring relief for his pain and alternate options for healing his body. 

This Go Fund me has been set up to cover Kirby’s additional medical expenses, as well as meals for the family, and to supplement lost income.  With so many loving people who want to help, Kirby and Charlene have humbly agreed to accept support. Kirby’s mother, Sheila Johnson and I have offered to establish the campaign, and Kirby and Charlene will be directly accessing all of the donations that are generously provided.

For those of you who know Kirby, he is deserving of a beautiful future with his loving family. He is a gentle, faithful and kind soul who has never hesitated to help others and contribute to his community. He is a wonderful father and devoted husband.  Thank you for your prayers and any other support you can provide.
