My friend Kizito runs a small dog shelter in Uganda where he and his friend do everything they can to care and provide shelter for them. In Uganda, animals like dogs and cats aren't viewed the same as they are here in the U.S and many of them have to endure heartbreakingly sad lives. But my friend Kizito dreams of being able to protect and provide shelter for them and show that these animals are worthy of love and kindess and don't deserve to be treated cruelly. Please don't feel discouraged to donate if you see others have already donated. I send him every cent as soon as I receive it. The money is spent on food, water, visits to the vet, rent and other supplies and maintenance costs of the shelter. Every donation is appreciated and means so much to the team.
