Support Kris Garcia in raising medical funds!

Kris García is a leading activist in the movement for paid leave, a leader in 9to5 Colorado and the Voices of Workers group in the Paid Leave for All campaign. He is also active in the fight to lower prescription drug costs. After complications from a recent surgery, Kris received a bill from the insurance company for $172,000. In between his two jobs, Kris spent hours fighting this and has gotten the bill down to $4200. That amount must be paid in full within a few weeks or his insurer will not pay for the surgery or cover Kris next year.

Family Values @ Work has set up this GoFundMe to raise these funds and hopefully more for Kris so he can stop working so much overtime and have time to heal!
