Support Kristen's Battle with Breast Cancer

This past July, my dear friend Kristen Morio, loving Wife, caring Mother, genuine Friend and just an extraordinary human,

was diagnosed with breast cancer. The news was extremely out of the blue and a huge

shock not only for Kristen, but for her family, and her very tight knit circle of

friends. For the past few uneasy months, the medical details have been slowly unfolding, with a surgery and

many doctors' appointments bringing more clarity in regards to the scope of the cancer and what path to take.

The official diagnosis is Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with metastasis to the lymph nodes. Treatment started with a mastectomy and will continue by including chemo,

radiation, and hormone therapy. Recovery will be challenging mentally, physically, emotionally and financially.

Luckily, we can help! This unexpected situation has left them in need of support to cover medical expenses related to the mastectomy and follow-up treatments that will continue over the next year.
