Support Kristina's Battle with Autoimmune Disease
Donation protected
For the past 2½ months our friend Kristina has been struggling with something attacking her joints to the point that it has become debilitating for her.
Every part of her fingers hands, wrists, knees, and shoulders have been swollen and stiff to the point where some days she is completely bedridden. On other days her mom and daughter have had to help her even get dressed. She has periodically been given steroids to help with the pain, but still has trouble with the simplest of tasks including opening a bottle water, writing with a pen, or trying to pick up her granddaughter. This is affecting her quality of life and her ability to work. The doctor bills and testing continue to add up and her insurance is not much help. Doctors are leaning towards an autoimmune disease such as Rhematoid Arthritis or Lupus etc. Her recent results tested likely for these diseases.
She is hoping to get more answers by March, but it's a long road ahead and she needs help. Anyone who knows Kristina knows this was hard for her to let me post bc she's embarrassed to be in such a situation, however , I convinced her this is the right thing to do! Krissy shows up for everyone all the time so if you can help, support our friend in her time of need to get through this rough time, it would be so appreciated. I know she will be beyond thankful to everyone. As her friend and her broker I have personally seen how this is affecting her and I can’t stand it. She’s such a good person. Let’s help our girl stay on her feet as she navigates all of this.
