Support Kristyn Joyes' Fight Against Lymphoma

On January 18th Kristyn had a thymectomy which removed her thymus gland, where a tumor was located. Two weeks later the pathology report came back that the tumor was not a thymoma as anticipated, but Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

With the diagnosis of 2A Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Kristyn will need chemotherapy and possibly radiation. With a compromised immune system, her oncologist and medical team urged a medical leave to increase success of treatment.

Kristyn's friends and students encouraged her to start a GoFundMe for the myriad of expenses insurance leaves uncovered and an extended medical amplifies.
