Support Krystal and AJ

I am not sure how many of you know about Krystal Miner Kpah's medical condition. Krystal is my daughter in-law Lindsay's little sister. She went into have a shunt put into her head just before Thanksgiving in hopes to relieve the pressure built up in her brain. She dealt with severe head pain through her life caused by the constant pressure and poor drainage of the fluids in her brain along with arterial venous malformations (AVM's)  Krystal was a warrior and had many surgeries to help her. When she went in for her shunt surgery we all thought it would be an outpatient procedure and she would be home the next day. Over the course of the few days after her surgery, she had some complications that Dr's are unable to explain and she slipped into a coma. She was able to communicate infrequently with her eyes and facial expressions. Over the 5 and half weeks she slipped further into her coma and has stopped responding. With deep sadness Krystal's family and AJ (her husband of almost 2 years) have decided to bring her home on hospice to spend their remaining time together before the holidays. They have been given a short amount of time before Krystal's passing and will be planning and having a funeral just after Christmas. Krystal was the kindest and most loving person. She made friends with everyone she met. She was always upbeat even when she didn't feel well and her fun and bubbly personality was very contagious to those who had the privilege of being around her. Many people have asked how they can help and this is one of the things we can help this amazing and hurting family with. Any contributions will be greatly appreciated and help them with her ICU medical bills that will start to come in after she passes away and with her funeral expenses. A deep hole will reside where Krystal lived in our hearts and we will be anxiously awaiting the time we get to see her again.
