Laura is one of my oldest, dearest friends. We’ve known each other since we were teenagers and brand new to the world of professional pet grooming. Although we met at work she quickly became family to me and I love her like a sister.
I’ve watched her grow up from just starting to drive, sharing her first apartment, sharing workplaces and unusually fun living situations and some dark times for us both, too.
Since then she’s gotten married and had three absolutely wonderful, sweet, hilarious children. She also opened a successful pet grooming business that supports her amazing little family. She gives every bit of herself to them, and anything left she gives to her family and close friends. She’s always had my back when I needed her, right now she needs some well deserved help and rest.
Which brings me to why we are here..
Laura has had some medical stuff come up recently that requires her to step back from the business she created for a few months while they figure stuff out. This leaves her family in a tight spot making ends meet between monthly expenses and medical bills.
This will help her and help support her family living expenses and medical bills for 3-6 months, hopefully. If there is any excess, it will be put in an emergency fund or a savings account for the kids, depending on how these few months play out.
