Support Ley to Help Change Their Life for the Better

Hey y'all, many of you know me as Ley or trainerleyatres. A lot of you know of the struggles I've had throughout my life concerning medical/financial and or mental/emotional things, and as much as I don't want to, I'm here again to ask for help.

This year in January, I had to basically destroy what I had for a retirement fund to have a long awaited, extensive oral surgery that probably saved my life. Every single one of my teeth (except 6) were very heavily degraded or infected, with several spots that had abscessed. Because of my severe depression I've been struggling with over the past 10+ years, I had let my physical health fall into complete disrepair, which led to the surgery I had in January. I had all but 6 of my teeth removed and 3 bone grafts, and while I have since healed, I would like to get the second part of the surgery - semi-permanent implants. Unfortunately, due to subsequent appointments and the estimate going over what was initially quoted, I do not have this money, and it is not covered under any insurance as it was considered "not a medical emergency". I work 2 jobs, but I struggle to even get 30 hours a week between the two at present time, and I'm still dealing with the mental and emotional stress of having to live in a mentally and emotionally abusive home.

The longer that I wait to have this surgery, the less chance I have to be able to actually have the procedure, as the bones in my jaw will gradually deteriorate to where I will no longer be able to anchor any implants in. While this surgery is not physically necessary, it is absolutely mentally and emotionally necessary to me, as I would like to A: be able to eat food that is not garbage like noodles or mashed potato or anything like that, I could eat things like apples and raw vegetables and foods like steak and other items that require biting and chewing, and B: generally make me feel much more mentally healthy, as I don't have to hide my mouth all the time from talking or feel self conscious about what others think of me.

This gfm would help me pay for the surgery, as well as be able to pay the taxes I will owe next year for preemptively withdrawing money from my retirement fund, and if by some wild miracle, it is exceeded, the extra funds will be put towards things like saving up to finally move out, or just to buy gas for my car or pay rent.

I desperately want to feel human again.
