Support Lilly's Adoption Journey

Hi, my name is Brittany. I have had my daughter since she was 2 1/2. She is now almost 11 years old. My husband and I saw an attorney today to start the process of adopting her. .

Lilly has been asking to be adopted for about 2 years now. Her biological father died about 3 years ago. She has a right to feel like she belongs with who she has lived with almost her whole life.

I am tired of watching my daughter cry over and over again because she can't be adopted by her family. The mom who has always been there for her. The starting cost is $3000. Any help would be appreciated. Make no mistake that I am willing to also do odds and ends jobs. Or what ever needs to be done to reach this goal. Now that I am pregnant she is pushing wanting to be adopted even more. She wants to feel more stability at home. Her mom is a stranger to her. After losing her father 3 years ago she has really struggled and vocalized wanting to continue to live with with me, her mom. Thank you for your time and trying to catch what I am saying.

UPDATE: due to everyone's generosity so far, Lillyonna's biological mom has signed her rights over. We have had our home study and our fingerprints done. We are still a few thousand away.

I am unable to work more then 8 hours a week due to being pregnant and having a lot of symptoms. My husband works full time and pays out bills. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all again for reading our story.
