Support Lin's Life-Changing Move to Boston

Lin, as many of you know, is a kind, compassionate friend, and talented poet. After 7 months of seeking full-time employment, Lin has finally secured an incredible full-time job with an amazing company based in Boston, MA.

This opportunity is not only life-changing but also places Lin on a new career path in which she will excel and thrive. She will be mentoring at-risk youth WHILE running an independent bookstore combining Lin’s passion for literature AND social justice to touch and change lives.

Of course, this has been a long journey of applying for over 80 jobs in the past 7 months. Lin has worked several part-time jobs such as Ubering, substitute teaching, selling her talented work at event markets, and writing as a freelancer. ALL while being a masters-level student, taking 6 hours of credit per semester. We have spent many nights praying together asking that she would get the job of her dreams and have financial stability and safety. She has remained faithful and determined to find a job despite the many financial obstacles and personal challenges that have gotten in the way. We all know what is like to wait for a miracle and to see it happen before our eyes and Lin securing a job is that miracle she has been waiting for.

BUT she needs your help moving across the country with her boys, Langston & Simon!

The moving expenses as well as living costs for the first month in a new city are just not feasible without your help. For those of you who know Lin, when she could give, she always did. Now, I am asking on behalf of Lin, please help her with this exciting and life-changing opportunity.
