Support Lionel Njitor's Family in Their Time of Need

Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to support a dear member of our Histo family, Lionel Njitor, whose family has recently suffered an unimaginable loss. On the evening of July 28th, their beautiful home was tragically destroyed by a fire, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

Thankfully, he and his family are all safe, but this tragedy has left them without a place to call home. They are working with their insurance company on temporary housing, but they now facing the daunting task of rebuilding every item of their lives from scratch. As you can imagine, the emotional and financial strain of this event is overwhelming.

Lionel is a R&D Technician and valued member of the team here in Plymouth. Lionel’s generous and kind spirit is contagious (last August, we all walked into work to the delicious smell of BBQ…turns out it was Lionel’s birthday and HE brought US a feast of meats he’d smoked and grilled for US! We rounded out the spontaneous celebration with sides and a huge ice cream cake from DQ!)

We have set up this GoFundMe campaign to help Lionel with the immediate and pressing needs of this tragedy. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go a long way in helping them get back on their feet and start the long road to recovery.
