Support Lisa and Family After Al's Passing

Lisa's husband, Al Anderson, passed away on Friday, October 25th at their home with Lisa by his side. We all know Lisa -- an "island and OE mom" to many. Now it is our turn to provide love and comfort to Lisa, as well as Jackson and Lena, as they grieve the loss of Al. For those who aren't aware funeral arrangements are incredibly expensive and while Lisa and Al had already purchased burial plots years ago, the mortuary minimum is $7,000 for preparations and the cemetery burial costs are $12-$15k. This GoFundMe is aimed at providing some reprieve from these additional unforeseen, immense expenses as well as any other expenses Lisa sees fit to use the funds for.

As a reminder -- there will be a service and celebration of Al's life on Tuesday, November 12th at 1:00pm at Our Lady of Assumption Church, 3175 Telegraph Road, Ventura. There will be a reception following the service at Al and Lisa's home 1610 Matthews Avenue, Ventura.
