Support Lisa During Breast Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Hi lovely community!
Lisa Roberto, owner of Swirl, a local second hand store in Putney, mother of 4, and wife, was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks ago. Although there are lots of decisions to be made and unknown outcomes at this time, she is currently scheduled for a double mastectomy this month, on December 10th. She will be unable to work during the lengthy recovery process and future treatment.
Working will be very difficult at this time for her and her husband, between recovery and homeschooling her two youngest children. Proceeds help pay for treatment, keep the power on, and keep life moving for her and her children. We are asking for support much in the same way she has helped and supported this community. We all can all think of a time Lisa, her family, or her business has positively impacted us.
We feel incredibly thankful to all those who have been reaching out.
We created a meal train starting Saturday the 12th, post surgery. Meals can be dropped off to the bench in front of her house, in Westminster West. More information in link below.
Meal Train for Lisa and family
With love and gratitude,
Hali, Charlie, Zimm, Louie, Jim, and of course, the badass herself, Lisa.
Contact Halifax Taylor, Lisa's daughter, at [email redacted] if you'd like to personally reach out in support.
