Support "Lisa Hicks" fight against "C" !!

We are reaching out to ask for your love, prayers & support for our beautiful cousin Lisa Hicks!

 

Her journey started in 2013 when she was diagnosed with stage 1 ovarian cancer - yes, that awful “C” word. It was discovered after a hysterectomy procedure.

 

She persevered through both chemo & radiation & went into remission. However, there was a reoccurrence in 2017! Her team of doctors recommended immunotherapy, which was scheduled over the course of two years. Again, she was in remission until recently; it was discovered again that it has returned.

 

Lisa is working here in Canada with a team of conventional medical doctors and hoping to complement holistic healing medicine with the help of this GOFUND me!!! This GOFUND me will also help her with day to day living expenses and allow her to focus on her health!

 

She has been a trooper; her positivity and amazing energy has kept her grounded & positive. She had just begun her life long dream of teaching English in the beautiful country of Mexico. So let’s all help her continue her passion in teaching English as a 2nd language!
