Support living wages $15 at a time...

Tax deductible
Lucy J's Bakery intentionally hires current and former residents of the Dorothy Day House. The DDH houses and supports homeless families as they are working to get back on their feet. A piece of each parent's stability comes from employment, which is where Lucy J's Bakery is beneficial. Employees at the bakery work full-time and earn $15 per hour. The also receive the Memphis Plan through Church Health to assist in their medical and other health needs.

Lucy J's Bakery is raising funds to support living wages in Memphis, TN. Did you know that an employee who works full-time at $15 per hour earns $31,200 annually. We ask you to support the bakery with a financial donation to raise that amount. Could your donation support:

~ 1 hour of work ($15)
~ 1 day of work ($120)
~ 1 week of work ($600)
~ 1 month of work ($2,400)

Your tax deductible contribution can be made to the Dorothy Day House and designated for Lucy J's Bakery.
