Support Logan's Phenom App for UAP Research

My name is Lenval Logan. Everyone calls me "Logan" and I am originally from the United Kingdom. I enjoyed a twenty-plus year career in the United States Air Force and over fifteen years as a government contractor. For many years, I have been interested in unexplained and anomalous phenomena taking place around the world. For several years, I was blessed to be a part of the United States Government's Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) Task Force (UAPTF), looking at ways to better capture scientific evidence to properly ID and classify UAP data.
My goal is to work with others to support the public and scientific communities by developing a citizen science crowdsourced multi-function app for collecting data on UAP, that can be shared with the world called Phenom. It is my belief that we do not need the governments of the world to collect UAP data when we, the citizens of the world, can do a better job supporting the public and scientific communities in reporting, identifying, and characterizing UAP information, airborne or otherwise.
I have developed the basic framework for the app to automatically capture UAP sighting/event information such as time, location, images, videos, magnetics, acoustics, and other data with my own resources on iOS and Android. I am now asking the public for assistance to provide more capability to the Phenom App, and to build a robust Database Management System, to better share data with the world.
