Support Lopez family. 2024

The sudden passing of my brother, Leon "Leo" G Lopez has left us in deep grief but there is also a lot for our family to take care of. It has been a devastating few months with our grandmother passing on Mother’s Day, and my little sister having to be bedridden two weeks prior to Leon’s passing. My family is in a vulnerable situation that I don’t wish upon anyone. We are truly blessed with all the support and memories folks have been sharing.

Leon was a friend to all and really valued his various communities. He had a generous and wholesome heart that showed through his dedication to his family, friends, co-workers, classmates, music, art and even his little animal friends. He truly was a goofy gentle giant. I'm sure, if you are reading this and knew Leon, he has helped you with something in your life, blew your mind with his guitar shredding or beautiful paintings, made you laugh, and inspired you in some way or another. His generosity meant that he was a major provider in our family and now, without his share , we are humbly looking to community for support with costs we did not anticipate.

Car Payment 3 months $1,500

Cremation $4,000

Funeral Home Fees $2,000

Misc. Family Support and Memorial Costs $3,500

Anything not used for these specific costs will be donated to an organization dedicated to heart health awareness.
