Support Lorenzo's Mission to Japan

Hi, my name is Lorenzo and I have been blessed with the opportunity to return to Japan on a 2 and a half week mission! The team will be supporting a local church in Okinawa for 1 week. The focus is to encourage and support the local church community, outreach for college students, and support in kids ministry. The rest of my stay would be focused on a college ministry in Tokyo, as well as following up with Japanese friends I made last summer!

A little about myself. I was an atheist the majority of my life, but was radically saved by Jesus Christ in 2019. I struggled with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideations, but I now live to share the Gospel of Jesus' redemption through his sacrifice on the cross! Even before I met Jesus, I have always had a desire to go to Japan. I got so much more clarity when I encountered Jesus, as I wept over testimonies shared by people in Japan facing similar struggles. I am grateful for the opportunity to return!

I am raising a one-time budget of $3,000. This would cover flights to Okinawa and Tokyo, lodging, transportation, and food, while I am in Japan!

I am going as a volunteer. I am responsible for managing the budget independently. To avoid price increases as the summer approaches, I would need to book flights as soon as possible. This is the largest expense (Approx. $1,500). Everything else would be paid on arrival in June. I cannot do this without your prayers and financial support. I am depending on the Lord's provision and the generosity of others!
