Mother/Daughter, Best Friends, Two Peas In A Pod!

 

That's Lori & Bri!

 

They recently used all their savings to buy a home and were just getting settled and then fought a long, hard battle with the rona, now...just when they were ready to get back to work and some normalcy - this happened Saturday night. They were driving down the road, another vehicle blew through a stop sign and t-boned them. Bri was taken to the trauma unit and spent 2 nights in ICU and Lori was treated and released that night. As you can see by the photo, they are lucky to be alive!

 

Both Lori & Bri will be out of work for a while to recover. Having used all their savings, paid sick leave and vacation time they have a helluva battle in front of them! A physical, emotional and financial battle. There are plenty of things insurance doesn't cover (groceries, bills, mortgage on their home, etc.)  so anything we can do to help would be deeply appreciated.  

 

Lori is the hardest working, most committed, kindest person in the world and I've had the honor of working side by side with her for 6 years. She takes care of our customers with patience, care and kindness. She's never late, has hardly ever called in sick and always pitches in to help her co-workers.

 

Every little bit helps, so if you can find it in your heart to donate or share this fundraiser I know Lori & Bri will appreciate it!

 

Thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and words of encouragement.  We will miss her at work for a while but look forward to the day she is back at the front desk with a smile and kind word!
