Support Loyola Academy Rowing's ERGATHON 2025

The 2025 Spring Rowing season is upon us and it’s time for Loyola Academy Rowing Association’s 10th annual ERGATHON on March 1st, 2025.

Loyola Academy Rowing Association (LARA) is a 501(c) organization that was formed in 1985 as a fully student supported club sport at Loyola Academy and has grown to be a nationally recognized Scholastic Team. Over the past 8 years, this critical fundraiser enabled LARA to purchase new racing shells and equipment, a new team boat trailer and truck to tow it, upgrades to our training facility and equipment in our boathouse, as well as provide financial support so that all Loyola Academy Student Athletes who wish to learn to row and compete in this classic sport are able to do so.

The ERGATHON is an online fundraiser in which our 100+ rowers and coxswains collect donations online leading up to the big event. On Saturday, March 1st, all rowers compete in an ERG (rowing machine) relay race at Loyola Academy. Please make your tax deductible donation to help our team reach this year’s goal of $55,000 and join in cheering our team on to success in the spring 20245rowing season!
