Support Luke Mitchum's Dream: Long-Term Sobriety Homes

Donation protected
I lost a good friend and an ex-client. I want to open two houses or places, one for women and one for men, for sobriety. There are so many people all about money, giving these people 30, maybe 45 days, and out they go. I am planning with a few people who have been counselors at rehabs, but I want my program to be a year to 18 months. There are so many out there that want sobriety but sometimes keep hitting the wall because they're really not getting long enough to really work on themselves fully. Please, any amount would help. I am doing this all for my great and awesome friend, but some of these people hit the wall and fall too hard where it's too late. Don't get me wrong, it does not mean people still won't leave or go back out, but in all honesty, communities should help. This could be your sister, brother, mom, dad, or friend, etc., and would you beg to not find them gone on the streets? I am even willing to babysit or do housework or whatever you would like if you don't want to donate! This is dedicated to Luke Mitchum because this is what he loved: helping people get sober and following a few of our footsteps to help and counsel. I want to carry his dream, and we all know there need to be more places to help those get sober and actually take the time to get them the help inside and out before they leave.
