Support Lux: Help Cover Espresso Machine Repair

Hi folks!

My espresso machine had a main circuit board fail, which luckily was solvable but turned out to be a rather pricey repair. After a lean summer and compounded with other expenses it's put Lux in a bit of a hole, so I'm swallowing my pride to ask if any friends of the shop would like to donate a bit to help cover the fees and lost income.

LUX is in its fifth year and established as a local business, yet I knew when I opened that serving espresso, in what was at the time, a food and coffee desert would be a challenge. The shop gets by but unforeseen costs like this one move the needle from "getting by" to "in the red". Ironically, this machine was the upgrade I sunk my savings into when the shop was just recovering from the covid economy, it's a great machine that I keep in good repair, but electronics issues are impossible to foresee.

Any small donation is greatly appreciated, as I hope to continue providing a welcoming and entirely locally sourced Third Place to my neighbors on McKinley Hill.
