Support Luz's Recovery from Stroke and Aphasia

Donation protected
My name is Caroline. My mother, Luz, had a brain aneurysm clipping in July, which led to seizures, which led to a stroke, which led to cardiac arrest. Thankfully, we were able to get her back intubated for 2 weeks and her heartbeat was in the 40s for 2-3 weeks. Due to the stroke, she has brain damage, which led
to Wernicke's aphasia, and she lost the ability to read, write, walk, eat properly, or care for herself alone.I'm very grateful that she's alive and she’s had months of all therapy but we still can't have a conversation because regular speech therapy specializes in kids or brocas aphasia. The aphasia center is my last hope to be able to communicate with my mom, but insurance doesn't cover it, and I am currently 21, working with a disabled mom who needs 24/7 care, and no other parent present. $1 helps if not a share please. The funds will be used for the 4 week treatment which is $5875 a week

Thank you, your donation is highly appreciated and may it multiply back ❤️
Imagine being trapped in your own mind. You know everything but can’t say it just meaningless words come out

Her recovery has been hard but thankfully she’s alive and she’s gotten better at walking and eating.
