Support Madalyn and Luke's Future

I’m hosting this fundraiser on behalf of my niece and nephew, Madalyn (18) and Luke (16), who recently lost their father to suicide.

Madalyn and Luke’s parents separated many years ago, and unfortunately, their father struggled with mental health and alcohol issues during that time. As a result, the kids were primarily raised by their mother, Marylou, with minimal financial or parental support from their father. After his passing, it was discovered that he had very few assets and no active life insurance policies. Consequently, the little financial support he had been providing is now gone, and the full responsibility of covering future expenses, such as college, prom, weddings, and more, falls entirely on Marylou.

All funds raised will be used solely for expenses directly related to Madalyn and Luke, such as tuition, books, extracurricular activities (Luke is an excellent baseball player), and other essential needs. Marylou has worked tirelessly to support her children since the separation, despite the limited assistance from their father. However, as every parent knows, children’s expenses grow as they get older, and any contribution to ease this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.
