Support Maddie and Axel's Medical Recovery

On December 9th 2024, Maddie and Axel Averette were severely injured in a car accident, both were airlifted from their small southern Colorado town to a Level 1 trauma hospital in Colorado Springs, CO.

Axel was in ICU with a fractured back & vertebrae, compound fractured his leg, cracked sternum and facial injuries and will be in a wheelchair for his recovery. Maddie has a fractured pelvis and broken wrist. They both have a long road to recovery and the family will be faced with mounting medical expenses in the upcoming months.

Maddie and Axel were both on our non profit youth alpine ski team - The Wolf Creek Ski Team - and with their parents permission we have created this Go Fund Me Campaign to raise much needed funds to cover the medical expenses for the Averette Family.
