After a year of this fundraiser we are desperately needing our goal achieved ASAP

We are asking our wider community's help in achieving this much needed vehicle while Tegan (Maias mum )struggles to lift her daughter Maia into a not suitable car seat.

Its dangerous and they are desperate for this much needed Vehicle :(

Maia is a delightful 11 1/2 -year-old girl whose spirit has been tested but remains so incredibly bright. And Tegan, a dedicated single mother ,and full time carer who navigates countless challenges for her daughter's health .Mais was in Nelson, NZ, Maia blossomed into a curious baby and toddler, hitting early milestones with the loving watch of her parents, Alan and Tegan. But at the age of 14 months, the course of their lives shifted dramatically. Maia was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 2, a condition causing severe muscle weakness all over her body , due to this condition she is wheelchair bound, UNABLE TO WALK !

With a recent move to Queensland, Australia, Maia's health has improved by a staggering 80%. Yet, amidst the victories, a daily challenge persists. Tegan's current vehicle is ill-suited to their needs. Each day, Tegan faces the physical and emotional strain of lifting her growing daughter in and out of her sedan, risking the safety of herself and Maia. A task that grows more daunting with each passing day.
