Support Makiel’s Lobster Roll’s food trailer Recovery

Hello, my name is Makiel Duncan, a local business owner here in Spokane, WA.

The past year, I’ve spent all of my time and energy following my dreams, building out this trailer from the electrical to the plumbing. I’ve experienced so much love and support from the community, for which I will be forever grateful.

It saddens my heart to announce that last night, August 18th, 2024, our food trailer was burglarized and vandalized!

Most of our equipment was stolen along with damage to the window, door, and body of the trailer.

It’s hard being a small business, especially with hardships like this coming so soon after we’ve opened.

It is with much reservation that I reach out to the community for help because without it, we are not certain when we will be able to open our door again for you, Spokane.

Every bit of help counts and is appreciated more than I can express.
