It is with deep regret and a heavy heart that I share the news of my beloved sister, Mara Rose Hanson, passing away on November 1st, 2024, after a yearlong struggle with endometrial cancer. Mara was a beacon of warmth and kindness, a devoted mother, sister, daughter, and friend who touched the lives of everyone she met.

Visitation will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 10th, at Morris Nilsen Funeral Home, 6527 Portland Ave S, Richfield, MN.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 11th, at Mary, Mother of the Church, 333 Cliff Rd E, Burnsville, MN 55537.
