Support Marcie's Legacy: Build a Memorial Pavilion

Dear Friends,

Today April 29th marks the solemn two-year anniversary since we lost a beloved member of our community, Marcie Brubaker (Schmidt). Her absence continues to be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. Marcie was not only a cherished individual in our community but also a staple at Wasson School. Her passion for education and dedication to making a difference in the lives of students and families was unparalleled.

To commemorate Marcie's legacy and contributions, we are aiming to raise $50,000 to build a memorial pavilion at Wasson School. This pavilion will serve as a lasting tribute to Marcie's impact and will provide a space for students and the community to gather, reflect, and celebrate her memory.

With the power of community and the reach of social media, we believe that we can achieve our fundraising goal. Marcie had 2,500 friends on Facebook, and if just 2,000 of those friends contributed $25 each, we would reach our target and be able to bring this memorial pavilion to life.

We kindly ask for your support in this endeavor. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference and help us honor Marcie's memory in a meaningful way.

It's important to note that any money remaining after the completion of the memorial pavilion will be put into a trust account for Marcie's beautiful daughters, Brianna and Hailee. Your generosity will not only help us honor Marcie but also provide for her beloved children.
