Support Marcus Brooks Long Road To Recovery

A series of unfortunate events has us reaching out to our family, friends and loved ones during this time of need.

Due to an unknown medical injury, Marcus had gone undiagnosed for over a year which led to his current condition. For weeks, Marcus had been suffering from pain in his lower back and legs with limited use of his arms. Early one morning Marcus fell to the floor in a paralyzed state. After 9 hours of suffering in his home alone, his neighbor heard his cry for help and called 911. Marcus was rushed to the hospital where he underwent emergency surgery to correct damage to his spine. He is currently in Texas undergoing rehabilitation to correct his paralysis. Marcus will be out of work indefinitely and will need support to help with his relocation back to Illinois to be with his family and to seek further medical attention. We are asking for financial assistance to cover his relocation and personal needs.

Marcus is due to be released from rehab within 10 days and will need to be relocated back home. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider this plea for help.
