Support Margaret recovery

On Sunday, August 30th, Magaret Olubunmi was found unresponsive in her apartment and was taken to Amita Health Alexian  Brothers Medical Center-Elk. She had suffered a sudden and unexpected seizure, severe brain bleed, multiple strokes and extreme High Blood Pressure.

    This condition had since left her in a life threatening and critical state. She is at the ICU in the hospital where the doctors, neurologists, nurses, and other medical team has since done everything to save her life-she had to be dependent on a temporary ventilator and feeding support and due to the facility limited resources, and her prognosis looking unpromising, she will be needing a long term care- she is unresponsive to commands, all her right side is dead to commands except for her left side and her response is quite weak.

    The long term effects of this condition is very devastating, she will forever need help with her activities of daily living and rehabilitation to regain motor functions.  She has miraculously regained independence from the temporary ventilator support and can breath by herself but she is still liable to suffer from serious cough and secretion that can affect her breathing. Currently she engages with her immediate family via facetime, whatsapp and phone calls.   At some point she will need an air ambulance transport to her home country where her immediate family are, so she can eventually be with her family.
