Support Maria and the boys

Hi, I'm Jen, a close friend of Maria's and Mark's. As you now know, we lost Mark unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 8. He leaves behind his two precious 7-year-old twin boys, Waylon and Wyatt; his beloved wife, Maria; their Great Dane, Bowie; and countless friends and family who loved him dearly. The road ahead will be a tough one, and I know so many of us want to do everything in our power to help.

While we can't take away the sadness and pain, we can help ease the financial burden Maria is sure to face. Please consider joining me in making a contribution to help out. Maria can use these funds for future education needs, daily expenses, or anything else. She will also be making contributions to some of Mark's favorite nonprofit organizations where he dedicated much of his time and passion (HAAM - Health Alliance for Austin Musicians, Friends of Barton Springs Pool, and Austin Pets Alive).

I will keep you posted on how Maria and the boys are doing and what they might need. It is our time to carry Maria, Waylon, and Wyatt and to carry one another.
