Ok guys thankyou so much for sharing. Right now our basic needs are covered. Our main expences to help place a roof over our head are what we need help with right now. We need to rent a dumpster which is $800 and $80/ton when dumped. We have to pay the fees every time we use it and we will have to use it atlease 2 times. So we're thinking around $2000-$2500 minimum for that. Then we have to pay to move a trailer on the land which is going to cost us around another $5000 plus hook up and waterlines and such. Please please keep sharing this!

Help Us Rebuild After a Devastating House Fire

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

We are reaching out today with heavy hearts after experiencing a tragedy we never thought would happen to us—our home burned down in what firefighters have called a freak electrical fire, which started in our children's room. Thankfully, everyone is safe, but we’ve lost everything. Our entire house was destroyed, and all of our belongings are gone.

As we try to make sense of what has happened, we are looking to rebuild and find a way forward. Our ultimate goal is to raise enough money to place a new trailer on the land, preferably one with more up-to-date electrical systems (because we don’t need another "freak fire" in our lives, right?). We want to stay in the area because this community is our home. Our 3-year-old daughter and our 6-year-old son, who just started kindergarten, have begun to really put down roots here, and we don’t want to uproot their lives.

We are asking for your support to cover the basic necessities we’ve lost, including:

Beds and bedding

Dressers and storage

Clothing for the whole family

Furniture like couches, chairs, and tables

Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc.)

Laundry detergent and other household supplies
