In October 2018, Mark Moorman was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of brain cancer. With his wife Tammy recently closing her long time antiques business and Mark out of work due to this diagnose the family could greatly use your help.
Mark is a dedicated husband and father with a passion for singing and playing the drums. Know by all as a kindhearted, hardworking, generous man, Mark is a member of the First Baptist Church in Urbana and works for a local nursing home as an essential part of their staff helping in multiple areas.
Recently, Mark was having intermittent trouble remembering things and preforming basics task. He went to the doctor for some test and while waiting on blood results things got worse. During a trip to the emergency room, it was discovered through a CT Scan that a large mass had formed in his brain. Emergency personnel made the call to have him transported by helicopter to a more equipped hospital were they performed a biopsy and discover the cancerous hockey puck size tumor. Test results concluded that this is the same type of aggressive cancer that took then life of late Senator John McCain.
While the diagnoses itself is a major blow to Mark and Tammy, the financial impact does not have to be as significant. Would you be willing to donate whatever amount you feel led? Any amount is a step towards financial stability, during this overwhelming time in their life.
Thank you for your support!
