Dearest Family and Friends,

I’ve set up this fundraising page to reach out to all of the wonderful Friends and Family for my sweet brother, Mark Sheppard. And I’m blessed I can also call Mark Sheppard a best friend. As most that know, Mark is always there when anyone asks for help.

I’ll start without candy coating his situation.

After struggling several days at work, he went to the hospital and stayed 8 long days to get medical results that are “heartbreaking.”

His diagnosis is Congestive Heart Failure.   He now wears a vest that monitors his heart and has a defibrillator in it that does its job should he go into cardiac arrest.

Normal EF numbers for a healthy adult range between 50% - 70%.

Mark’s heart is at 20%.

The next possible step in his journey could be having a trip back to the hospital adding a defibrillator into his chest.

Mark has a long road with doctors, hospitals, and medications. 

He is going to give 200% of what he can to fight to keep his heart working so he can continue to live life to the fullest possible!

Any amount given would be appreciated! Mark always helps others without hesitation and is so grateful for the circle of friends and family who have been in his life. ❤️
