Help me with my medical expenses for my surgery

so to quit smoking, I have Chantix and I'm getting the patch. I have ordered mini lollipops. I gave my wife my debit card to my wife, so I don't have cash to buy cigarettes. I'm hoping that will do it. They won't do the surgery until I'm three weeks smoke free.
