As many of you know, Hurricane Helene has destroyed our beloved town of Marshall North Carolina and surrounding areas. The impact was immense, and we are currently focused on our hometown heroes and those in our community that are valiantly working to recover and rebuild.
Our business operations have drastically changed since the hurricane's impact. Nanostead is now the Marshall NC hub for all of the volunteers pouring in from all over and the depot for resourcing the reconstruction efforts!
This has impacted Nanosteads day to day operations as well as the devastating loss of so many jobs for business owners and their employees all over our area. These amazing people are putting all of their efforts and resources to the imminent clean up, repair and reconstruction of our beautiful towns and rural communities.
Donation funds will be used for keeping Nanostead's business space as the hub for these resources. Providing income to the crucial volunteer force and Nanostead's staff as they source, stage, and store important materials that will be dedicated to the long-term demand, and the months and months of hard work ahead of us.
We know this isn't all going to happen overnight. We are dedicated to this initiative and mission to make sure our community can survive and ultimately thrive in the face of this disaster.
