Dear family, friends and caring strangers

It is with heavy hearts we share the devastating news and sudden passing of Mary Duarte, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

Mary leaves behind two daughters and three grandchildren, but she had so many adopted daughters and grandchildren. So many called her grandma Mary or Mama Mary because of the love and compassion she poured out. She always did what she could for others. She was easy going and made you feel like family. She was loved by so many in the community.

Please consider donating to help relieve some financial hardship for her daughters, Melyssa and Myranda. All money raised will go to her memorial services. Mary will be taken back home to San Jose, CA where she will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Ed.
