Support Masjid Umar during COVID-19 shutdown

Asalam alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatu. Established in 2014, Masjid Umar ibn Al-Khattab is a salafi mosque that calls to the authentic teachings of Islam. We at Masjid Umar ibn Al Khattab have been at the forefront condemning extremism and terrorism through education and community out reach programs. Our mosque is open for the five daily prayers, weekly jumu'ah prayer (1:00 pm all year round), classes, along with monthly seminars with various Imams/students of knowledge. The administration and community at Masjid Umar ibn Al-Khattab strives to spread the authentic, pristine teachings of Islaam as understood by our righteous predecessors (salaf as saalih).
Due to the current COVID 19 epidemic, our mosque has been shut down in an attempt to protect the community and to be in accordance with the reccommendations of local authorities and healthcare professionals. A large amount of our funds that support the masjid come from weekly donations at jummu'ah. However, with the masjid being shut down we are not receiving the funds we need to meet operational costs. After beseeching the help and aid of Allah, we ask the believers to help us keep up with the operational and maintenance costs of our masjid! May Allah bless and reward you all!
