<div><strong>Matthew’s life was tragically taken by an impaired driver in Fircrest on Monday, November 18, 2024.</strong> Matthew was only 19 years old and just beginning his life.

<div>His sister, Milanie, was also injured in the car and had to be transported to the hospital where she was released later that evening. 
</div>

<div>Matthew graduated from Curtis in 2023 and lettered in swim and water polo. He was a long-time lifeguard at the YMCA. Matthew’s goal was to become a registered nurse. He attended PLU and TCC while also working at a nursing home for his CNA. His close friends, girlfriend, and their families all loved Matthew.

<div><strong>This fundraiser will help the family with funeral costs, medical bills, and attorney expenses.</strong> Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated.
