Support Matthew's Memory with a Grave Marker

Hello, I am Matthews mother. Matthew was called home to be with the Lord on September 7th. He had a heart transplant when he was just 3 months old. He lived to be 14 yrs and 9 months old. He was my hero, the bravest person I have ever met. I was lucky to be his mommy. He was special needs all of his life. He was non verbal autistic and was not able to feed himself. None of that ever mattered, because in turn I was able to spend more time with him since he needed me so. I am humbly asking for help in paying for a headstone for his grave. He had a beautiful send off but I ran out of funds for his grave marker. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
