Support Mauda Martinez Rios' Memorial Fund

This is my mother Mauda Martinez Rios. Her story begins May 26 2024, She suffered from a heart attack causing her to not have any oxygen for 16 minutes pronouncing her dead within those minutes. She unfortuately suffered another on her way to the hospital for 8 more minutes. Due to losing so much oxygen she suffered a critical brain injury leaving her unresponsive only responding with sudden reflexes that the doctor's determined they weren't on purpose. She lived the rest of her days between hospital to hospital, nursing home to another due to maltreatment. She is a hardworking, contagious, and a perfect woman to come to in times of need. She'd give a stranger or her own family the shirt on her back just for them to have something or give whenever she could. She worked hard to keep us, her family stable. she is our rock and foundation. We never lost faith in her recovery and knew that the position she was in wasn't the best for anyone to live in but continued since we love her dearly. She has passed away at the age of 55 August 18 2024 and currently we're battling with expenses and would appreciate anyone who donates or shares her story. We'll keep her memory going. we know she's doing much better now after all her hard work and sacrifices.

Esta es mi madre Mauda Martínez Ríos. Su historia comienza el 26 de mayo de 2024. Sufrió un infarto que le provocó no tener oxígeno durante 16 minutos, declarándola muerta en esos minutos. Lamentablemente sufrió otro camino al hospital por 8 minutos más. Debido a la pérdida de tanto oxígeno, sufrió una lesión cerebral crítica que la dejó sin responder y solo respondió con reflejos repentinos que el médico determinó que no eran a propósito. Vivió el resto de sus días de hospital en hospital, de residencia de ancianos en otra, debido al maltrato. Es una mujer trabajadora, contagiosa y perfecta a quien acudir en momentos de necesidad. Le daría a un extraño o a su propia familia la camiseta que llevaba puesta sólo para que tuvieran algo o se la dieran cuando pudiera. Ella trabajó duro para mantenernos estables a nosotros, su familia. ella es nuestra roca y fundamento. Nunca perdimos la fe en su recuperación y sabíamos que la posición en la que se encontraba no era la mejor para nadie, pero continuamos porque la amamos muchísimo. Falleció a la edad de 55 años el 18 de agosto de 2024 y actualmente estamos luchando con los gastos y agradeceríamos a cualquiera que donara o compartiera su historia. Mantendremos su memoria viva. Sabemos que ahora le está yendo mucho mejor después de todo su arduo trabajo y sacrificios.
