Hi friends,

Like many of you, Wednesday was a tough day for me. Hearing the election results felt heavy, and, as I’m sure many of you feel, it left me with a sense of powerlessness. Among all the challenges this election has brought forward, one of the most heartbreaking has been the issue of women’s rights and healthcare access. It’s hard to believe that in 2024, people across North America- our friends, family, and communities- are still having to fight for basic healthcare and access to abortion.

As a student, I sometimes feel limited in what I can do, but what I am sure of is the incredible group of people around me who are always ready to stand up for what’s right. In these moments of sadness, it’s inspiring to see the strength and support we have for each other in our community. That’s why I want to do something small but meaningful- and I need your help.

I’ll be purchasing pins as a symbol of our shared strength and commitment to this cause. With a small donation, you’ll receive a pin, and together, we’ll pool these funds to make an impact. Each pin is a reminder that we’re not alone, that we’re fighting together, and that our voices can lead to change.
