Support me to cover some of the renovation costs of JKN

My name is Marya I’m a student at the JKN institute in Bradford. I’m currently studying Fusha Arabic to understand the Quranic text. Join me on my aim to raise £1000 towards the renovation costs of our madrassah.

As we approach the last ten days of Ramadan let us remember, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: Sadaqah Jariyah (ceaseless charity); a knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (for the deceased).” (Muslim)

*RE: JKN Institute Spring Gardens Campus Ground Floor Renovation*

Over the year's, the activities at our Spring Gardens Campus have continued to grow and expand whether its the full time maktab, girls hifdh classes, full and part-time ālimiyyah evening/morning classes, coffee mornings, our community kitchen and food bank - there's always something going on!

️ This has meant that the building has been in need of urgent renovation for which the work has been on-going. Alhamdulillāh, with your generosity and du'ās, the roof has been replaced and all the classrooms have nearly been completed.

We are now ready to move into our final stage of the work in the basement - jamat khana which will include creating a space to house our outreach work - a service that supports hundreds of destitute people and other services everyweek. In order for this to happen, we need your help to raise approx £100k.

With Ramadhān around the corner, this provides a golden opportunity for anyone looking to help a local cause that is benefitting the community, both local and global, in many different ways and earn yourself the reward of sadaqah jāriyyah.
