Support me to grow as a professional in Charity

Dear friends!

Usually I'm asking for help to support other people or for the charitable organization I'm working for.

But this time, I ask for myself.

For the last five years, I have dreamed of getting a quality education to develop charity in Ukraine effectively.

Even two years ago, I wouldn't be able to do it for a simple reason: my English was not good enough. I failed my first IELTS test and have not gotten a place at two programs (Erasmus+ and one at Columbia University in New York City ) just because of it.

Today I'm already a student of the Charity Management MA at St Mary's University in London. My studies start on the 20th of September.

I got a place in December 2021, even before Russia invaded my country, so I had time to save money for one year of my studies. But it was impossible according to the situation, and I had to be evacuated abroad.

So I tried to find funds for my study year another way. And step by step, I have got ⅔ of the needed amount: I won a scholarship from St Mary's university to cover all the tuition fees for my postgraduate course. Also, I got a student loan to cover my living expenses.

For now, I still have to raise funds to cover my accommodation expenses.

It's approx 1300 £/month to rent a studio or shared flat with good living conditions.

I will also have a paid internship to cover part of this amount myself. But I still need 10 000 £ to be able to pay for accommodation for one year.

It will give me enough time and energy to focus entirely on my studies. And I'll be grateful if you can invest in my life and charity development in Ukraine by donating to me at this point.
