Support Megan Turner's Memorial and Family

Hello,

Our names are Katie and Shaniesha, and with a heavy heart, we are reaching out to ask for your support. In the early morning of August 31st, 2024, we received the devastating news that our dear friend Megan Turner had passed away. Megan grew up in Cold Spring, attended Haldane, and her sudden loss has left her loved ones in deep grief.

Megan was the funniest person you’d ever meet, with a kind soul who would literally give you the shirt off her back. She endured several losses, including both her parents and her only sister, Brittany, but despite her hardships, she always stayed positive and focused on the good. Family was incredibly important to her, and she loved helping others. Megan worked in several group homes and managed people with special needs, always lending a hand to those in need.

We are seeking financial assistance to cover Megan’s cremation and memorial expenses, as well as support for her 22-year-old daughter, who now faces the challenge of living without her mother’s guidance and support. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help the family honor Megan's memory and provide her daughter with some stability during this difficult time.
