Support Megan's Fight for Family Court Justice

Hello, my name is Megan. Some of you may know me from my other accounts. I have never done this in my life. I absolutely hate asking for help, but I am in dire need to raise enough money to retain an attorney for family court. I need $5000 to retain by August 1.

My ex-husband is jealous of me and my new husband, Caleb. He is spreading lies and hate about Caleb causing us to temporarily remove my daughter from my home. With that said, this temporary order may become permanent next month on the 6th.

At the last two hearings I had to represent myself. The court would not listen to anything I had to say and I was denied everything I asked for. There have been no investigations or even CPS involved. Only lies that my husband abuses me. The court will not listen to me. So, I am hoping with an attorney my side will be heard. She is rude and has forced me to visit my daughter at my abusive parents’ home. I was also supposed to get a letter informing me how to see my daughter by paying $20 an hour. I have yet to receive this. It’s been two weeks. They are not allowing me to see her. I do get to FaceTime her whenever my parents and ex-husband see it fit.

I have never done a drug in my life. I do not drink. I do not party. My husband and I have done nothing wrong. We lived states apart until May of this year. Please, help me get my daughter back.

My husband and I are devastated. He’s been lied about and it has damaged his mental health severely. It’s taken a toll on my daughter and myself as well. We are not bad people. Everything my husband does is for our family. He’s a strong leader and has a heart of gold. It is so disturbing that someone would go so far as to lie and take a CHILD from their loving home. My daughter loves him! As you can see in the photo I have provided, she’s on his arm. ALWAYS. My parents and ex-husband have forbidden her to speak of Caleb. She talks about him CONSTANTLY. They have her so scared to even mention him that she won’t even talk to me about him and was terrified she would be in trouble by just seeing a PHOTO of his ARM.

This has to stop. Please, please help me bring her home. I need this money ASAP because my FINAL hearing is on August 6, 2024.
