Support Megan's Road to Recovery

On Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 10:30am, Megan was involved in a car crash on Route 11 in Potsdam after leaving a retail store. She was airlifted to UVM in Burlington, Vermont with life threatening injuries where she is receiving outstanding medical care. She has already undergone surgery for internal injuries but is not out of the woods yet. In the words of her dad, “She is busted into many pieces but in her true fashion she is fighting like a warrior.” Megan is a devoted, selfless and resilient mother of two young children, who miraculously survived this crash, and can’t wait for the chance to see their mom.

Megan has several surgeries ahead, with a long recovery to follow. Burlington is a three-hour drive from home for her family and she will need their round-the-clock support for the foreseeable future. Megan will require extensive medical care, rehabilitation and adjustments to her living environment as she rehabilitates from her injuries. This fundraiser will help offset those costs, as well as travel and accommodation expenses for her family as they see her through this journey.

Megan is a veteran of the United States Air Force, she fought for our country, and now we have a chance to fight for her. Please know that any amount donated is appreciated, and well wishes are, too. Megan’s unyielding spirit and determination will get her through, along with an army of supporters.
